Felix Edionwe who is a certified MBTI USA assessor has over 25 years core experience in Human Resources Development, Corporate Services Delivery, logistics and General Admin. Felix, who joined UP in 2000 and currently heads the Corporate Services Group, had worked as HR Management consultant at Omolayole & Associates, Lagos, and at Beta Group, a conglomerate under the Leventis Group, in different capacities including as Plant Human Resources Manager in one of its Division.

He holds a B.Sc degree in Sociology and an M.Sc degree in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations from the Universities of Benin and Lagos respectively. Felix has attended several management courses in and outside Nigeria including Senior Management Programme and Advanced Management Programme in Lagos Business School and AMP-CEP Global programme in IESE Business School, Barcelona, Spain. He is a certified Human Resources, Public Relations and Strategic Management practitioner with the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management, Institute of Public Relations of Nigeria and the Chartered Institute of Strategic Managers and leaders.

Felix is result driven, focus and excellent in managing change. He is married with children.
